Imagine for a moment it’s a lovely summer’s day. Take in the sun's warmth and then a few deep breathes in the warm summer breeze to clear your thought’s.
Mentally step up onto the cloud in the blue summer sky, it’s a magic cloud so you wont fall, you are quite safe and allow the cloud to drift you upwards, above any situation, in order for you to gain your balance and breathe. You float above where you are, up into the sunshine and above the roof tops and trees into the sky.
As you start to relax and take stock, continue to take a few slower breathes which in turn will allow you to regain your sense of self.

Now that you have time and space to think

  • Look down, what do you see?
  • What needs to happen differently?
  • Is there a solution as you take on a new view?
  • Who is doing what?
  • Watch how you get caught up in it all?
  • Does anything else need to happen?
  • What do you need?
